Ecstatic Singing

     What is Ecstatic Singing?

They are experienced in unique ways, as the individual is called to feel, connect with the body, and express through sounds whatever you feel expressing without judgement.

It's about exploring the resonators within your body, play and travel within the body to release what's been held inside, all these stuck energies weighing on your energy centres. Through this practice, we are invited to let go of any beliefs and expectations, and to truly, fully and freely surrender.

The word "ecstatic" first meaning is everything that gets you out of your mind. That's why the ecstatic singing sessions can be described as singing meditations, where we find peace within, and become at peace with our voices. It's about realising the voice you have, (that can also be developed of course) is the prefect voice for you, and what you have to express, and offer to the world.

Freedom of the voice! How many times have we been silenced, have said things we didn't mean, or have we held back from saying what we so wanted to say, or we didn't know how we felt and how to express ourselves?

I invite you to a space where no judgement against yourself and others takes place. All sounds are allowed and welcomed. Come to presence, release, feel, connect, transcend, flow, embrace the infinite.

    Be free!

The universe is made of energies, let's sing together Heaven on Earth!!

I have spent about ten years to recover from losing my voice and my ability to speak freely, to being able to sing and improvise in front of an audience. So I know reconnecting with one's voice can be a long and emotional journey. I am here to welcome you to work at your own pace, and I am inviting you not to be too harsh on yourself.

Get in touch if you're interested in attending a session, that can be held as a group or a one to one session.

Have a listen at an improvisation I did in Rydal Cave with singing bowls, in the Lake District, UK, to hear what they can sound like.
